The Price of Success

Personal success isn’t easy. That may sound a bit silly to some – particularly if you are just waiting to get *there* rather than enjoying the ride. However, sometimes we are so focused on the things that we dream of, that we forget that there is a cost to actually getting them.

I’m sure some of you may have had a smooth ride to the top & I hope that God (or whoever you believe in) will bless you all with an easy a path as is still enjoyable to you. In my experience, I have seen my life change in the most phenomenal way over this year. I have been setting powerful intentions to move towards my dreams, and I have met some amazing people along the way. Some people have commented that I have been in amazingly good and positive energy.

However, when you’re moving forward in a big way there are always going to be people that are going to want to see you “stuck”. In the words of one of my JV partners, Izzy, a lot of people are living in a snake pit. Some of us decide we’re going to move out of the snake pit and reach for the stars. The other snakes around may support you or even want to join you on your journey, but there will be a few who just want to keep you in the snake pit. I feel this is either because your success shines a light on their own shortcomings and they aren’t willing to face that, or because they are scared that they’ll lose you if you’re too successful.

If this is you, remember you’re not the only rising star that feels this way. I am a firm believer in being open, loving, willing to inspire those around you with everything that you have to give. However, not everyone is going to be open to you, your energy and world that you’re creating for yourself. You may get some people want to fade away or who try to put you down. If you’re ever faced with this feeling, remember that this is just their sh*t & has really very little to do with YOU.

The REAL you is infinitely wonderful and you should NEVER turn off your own inner light to appease someone else.

The REAL you will attract the friends, loved ones and client that will bring you the most happiness.

The REAL you is you at your most powerful, successful and abundant and there will be many other beautiful souls out
there who will understand and share your journey.

I’d like to end by saying that I have many beautiful people in my life at the moment that when I think about it, it does make me fill up with gratitude. I would particularly like to acknowledge my lovely mummy who’s birthday it is today for always seeing the beauty in me (even in times when I forget to see it in myself!). You know who you are and I wholeheartedly love & adore you.

Sending you all lots of love, positive energy and the strength to stay on top, with all the love and support around you xx
